Chris joined Transworld full time in 2008 as a lead on the Client Services team. He focused on building client relationships and then started to work on agency strategy as it related to emerging media such as social media, online job boards and eventually drove Transworld’s transition to pay per click marketing. Today he works with the team at Transworld to develop fully customized solutions for each client while also constantly being on the lookout for emerging technologies to help clients recruit and retain talent efficiency.

Over the past 5 years he’s also led a new practice focus on HR Technology adoption. This has led him to support over 1,500 restaurant locations in developing, deploying and updating virtual and in person interview technology and process improvements. These technology pieces have saved thousands of hours each year for unit level managers while increasing transparency for above unit leadership. This work to save time has allowed those unit level managers to reduce time spent on administrative tasks and focus on spending time supporting their current team members and guests.

When he isn’t at work, his passions are traveling (he’s been to all 7 continents), miles and points (ask him about his favorite mileage earning credit card) along with live sports (Go Cubs!) and live music.

His favorite color is pink and his favorite animals are a tie between Penguins & Pandas.

In 1981, Teri founded Transworld after being asked by a growing restaurant chain to support their recruitment advertising initiatives during a period of expansion and concept development. Under her leadership, Transworld earned a reputation as a leading recruitment advertising agency, delivering innovative solutions for Human Resource professionals in the restaurant industry. From print ads to radio and TV commercials, Teri’s expertise guided hundreds of brands in elevate their recruiting efforts and supported opening thousands of new restaurants as casual dining grew across the United States.

Her career highlights include collaborating with iconic brands such as Red Robin, Brinker International, Outback Steakhouse, and The Cheesecake Factory. Teri played a pivotal role in evolving recruitment practices, developing career websites, and pioneering candidate tracking systems as the internet transformed hiring processes.

Now that she has retired, she enjoys cruising with her husband Scott. South America is her favorite place to visit, but riding on a camel is still on her bucket list. She admits she now has more time to play with her 2 dogs and her 1 grandson Willie but misses working with many of her long term clients.

Teri’s favorite color is purple, and she has a soft spot for alpacas.

Aaron joined Transworld in 2020 focusing on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Now in addition he helps manage client access to the SoucingPro system as well as client contract agreements.

He enjoys learning new technologies in the rapidly advancing cyber environment.

When not working, he likes to read science fiction and fantasy stories. He also spends time playing board games.

His favorite color is green and his favorite animal is Elephants.

Jillian joined Transworld in 2016 focusing on the manual side of client services. Now she helps process and manage the success of clients through integration of digital advancement of recruitment marketing.

She enjoys exploring local communities while traveling.

When not working, she can easily spend all day reading business / financial books and articles. She also spends time cooking up new recipes.
